Since establishing Michael B. Levy, LLC, more than 20 years ago, Mike has taken pride in providing a level of service found at larger law firms, at a small firm price. Mike knows that each client's circumstance requires unique strategies and solutions, and he personally handles each case. He takes the time with each client to understand their situation and challenges, so that his clients receive the attention their case requires.
Having practiced law for more than 30 years, Mike has learned to navigate the complexities of a broad range of legal issues. Whether taking a business dispute to trial, negotiating a real estate matter, concluding a transaction, or representing a client in any other scenario, Mike provides a level of dedication and preparation that is unsurpassed. His clients are a diverse group, and he endeavors to be a trusted advisor to each one.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Mike did his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, receiving a B.A. in Economics in 1985. In 1988, he received his law degree from the College of William and Mary, the nation's oldest law school. Mike then spent several years working at a small law firm in the Washington D.C. area. In 1995, he relocated to Colorado and started his own firm.
Since that time, Mike's practice has focused on all types of business and civil litigation, and he has taken dozens of cases to trial. Mike has also handled cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He understands that in litigation, it is preparation that makes the difference between winning and losing at trial, or enabling the case to be settled prior to trial. Mike's clients can always be assured that they will be vigorously represented.
